Jasna Góra Information Center at Easter 2026
Dear Pilgrims and Visitors, we kindly inform you that on the Holy Days of the celebrations of the Paschal Mysteries of our Faith, i.e. from Holy Thursday (April 2, 2026) to Easter Monday (April 6, 2026), the Jasna Góra Information Center will be closed - guiding services will not be available at that time.

Holy Week Services at Jasna Góra
Palm Sunday – High Mass will begin with the Blessing of Palms and Procession in front of the Basilica at 10:50 am
Holy Thursday – the evening Mass of the Lord’s Supper with the washing of feet will be celebrated in the Basilica at 5:00 pm.
After Holy Mass the Blessed Sacrament will be carried to the Altar of Repose in St Paul I Hermit Chapel for adoration till 10:00 pm. Confessions will be heard at that time, too.
Good Friday – No Holy Mass on that day. The Liturgy of the Passion of the Lord will be celebrated in the Basilica at 5:00 pm preceded by the Bitter Lamentations at 4:00 pm and the Way of the Cross along the defence walls at 2:00 pm.
After the Liturgy, the Blessed Sacrament will be carried to the grave in the Chapel of the Miraculous Icon for the all-night adoration. Confessions will be heard throughout the night, too.
Holy Saturday – the day of silence, contemplation, fasting and wating - no Mass until the Church’s most sacred liturgy of Easter Vigil celebrated in the Basilica at 9:30 pm. It will start with the Service of Light in front of the Basilica.
Throughout the day the Most Blessed Sacrament will be exposed for adoration in the grave in the Chapel of the Miraculous Icon.
The blessing of food – in front of the Basilica from 9:00 am
Easter Sunday – the Resurrection procession along the fortification walls will start at 6:00 am am followed by Sunrise Mass in the Basilica.
Easter Monday – services will be held according to Sunday schedule
